# Step-by-Step Instructions:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss until evenly coated. Refrigerate until assembly.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
