01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

→ Cheese

02 - 150 g (5 oz) Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 12 cubes

→ Fruit & Toppings

03 - 3 tbsp raspberry or fig preserves
04 - 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
05 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley

→ Garnish

06 - Freshly ground black pepper
07 - 1 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
02 - Unroll puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Gently press each square into muffin cups.
03 - Place one Brie cube into each pastry cup. Spoon a small amount of preserves on top of each cheese cube.
04 - Bake tartlets for 12 to 15 minutes until pastry turns golden and cheese is melted.
05 - Remove from oven and allow tartlets to cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully transfer to a serving platter.
06 - Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, chopped chives or parsley, freshly ground black pepper, and optional pistachios over tartlets.
07 - Serve warm or at room temperature.
