# Step-by-Step Instructions:
01 - Hull and halve the strawberries; juice enough limes to yield about 1/3 cup of fresh lime juice. Measure the sugar and cold water.
02 - Place strawberries, lime juice, sugar and 1 cup of the cold water in a blender. Blend until completely smooth, 30–45 seconds as needed.
03 - Pour the purée through a fine-mesh strainer set over a large pitcher, using a spatula to press and extract as much liquid as possible; discard the solids.
04 - Add the remaining 2 cups cold water to the strained liquid, stir to combine, then taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice to preference.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld, or serve immediately over ice if preferred.
06 - If desired, top individual servings with a splash of sparkling water for effervescence and garnish with lime slices, fresh mint or sliced strawberries.
